We are minimizing grooming this morning, and there was no "overnight" grooming, due to mixed precipitation starting Wednesday evening. This morning (Thur) it's changing over towards "snow" and expected to stop soon.  Surfaces will be very skiable today. On the natural snow trails there will be a consistent base for skating with a little softness on top; and for classic skiing it will be fine for a touring ski, probably not ideal for a narrow racing ski. The Ham Family Foundation Snowpark, on Wentworth, which is machine-made snow is being PistenBully groomed this morning and will be ideal for lessons, workouts, and it's a lovely 1K touring loop with hill and flat options in a riverside setting. No other grooming except a small-machine smoothing of the race course at the Eagle/Wave for a Jackson Middle School Ski Team race this afteroon.
