A new calf was born yesterday during the Meet the Cows tour. Tour participants got their money's worth and baby and mama seem to be in good health. Head down to the winter pasture after your ski and see if you can spot the newest member of the Scottish Highland herd!

 

The temps went below freezing last night and continued the melt-refreeze cycle after yesterday saw high temps around 44F. We will be cooler today with a high of 37F thanks to the cloud cover. The conditions will be a loose frozen granular and should give you an excellent glide. 100% of our trails are open and there is plenty of snow out there. The PistenBully is out grooming now and will be getting on most trails in the next few hours. Follow their path with the live GPS-tracked map and trail list here. The Outdoor Center is open 830AM to 5PM.

 

The Cabin is open 10AM to 330PM. Soups du jour of the day are New England Clam Chowder, Root Vegetable & Bean & Corn Chili, and Cream of Broccoli with Vermont Cheddar. Pair your soup with a Kaffeehaus pastry and hot drink to make the best lunch in town. Two reminders: (1) the Cabin needs to lock up at 330PM and (2) the Cabin is cash only.
