February 18th Grooming Report

Beautiful Bounty!

Nine inches have fallen so far with prospects for another seven by tomorrow morning; what a haul!  Things are actually starting to look like winter around Trail Creek today.

Today’s grooming was somewhat of a monumental task of coercing the thousand tons of fresh white to behave like a Nordic ski trail.  The Husky began the day venturing into the woods, covering every recently groomed trail except for Faceplant.  More classic tracks than ever before were placed on that pass.  Armin’s received a double shot today.

Grooming then shifted to the fields with all play areas receiving grooming and field trails receiving multiple passes with some first of the year double classic tracks on some sections.  Grooming then wrapped up with lots of grooming in the East Field Woods and back to Son of Gutflop for the first time in a while.  Skiing will definitely be soft, and beautiful today!

Groomer’s choice for today is Armin’s.
