Hi Folks

Update on snow conditions at Hallis Lake.  We came through the warm weater and rain better than expected.  The Stadium and Trails that were previously packed have 8-15 cm of mostly smooth compact frozen corn snow. It is too thin to set classic tracks in most places but tomorrow we will try to abrade it enough that skating is possible.  It will make a great base if the forecast snow shows up.

The road into the parking lot is not great, deeply rutted hard frozen ice and snow.
